For up to 3 people. For additional person, please, add 15 EUR/day. Max 4 people in apartment.

Deposit in amount of EUR 150.00 (EUR 200.00, if so requested by landlord) shall be paid on the arrival day and will be returned on the departure day, if no damages found in apartment.

Check In Time is 15:00 local time.
If you wish to check-in early (if apartment available), an additional fee equal to 30% of the apartment rate will be charged for checking-in between 10:00 and 13:00 and an additional fee equal to the full apartment rent rate if checking in before 10:00 local time.

Check Out Time is 10:00 local time.
If you wish to extend the check-out time (if apartment available), an additional fee equal to 30% of the apartment rate will be charged for extensions until 15:00, 50% for extensions until 18:00 and an additional fee equal to the full apartment rate for checking-out after 18:00.

Additional fee equal to 10% of the apartment rate will be charged for the Late check in (after 22:00) and Early check out (between 22:00 and 07:00).

Saturday is check in and check out day in seasons B, C, D, E, F, G and H.
